The Role As our Business Development Representative, you will drive growth by selling and promoting our commercial restoration services to new clients while expanding relationships with existing customers. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong closing abilities, and the determination to build the business as if it were your own.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, appointment setting, and strategic networking
Build and nurture relationships with commercial property managers, facilities managers, insurance agents, adjusters, contractors, and referral partners
Actively prospect through cold visits, warm leads, and industry networking events
Sell commercial restoration services and service agreements to high-value clients including apartment complexes, high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities
Account Management & Operations Maintain and expand existing referral relationships
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless project handoffs
Evaluate customer operations to identify objectives, requirements, and preferences
Process service quotations, finalize contracts, and provide continuous follow-up throughout the project lifecycle
Strategic Planning & Reporting Monitor and report on competitor activity, market trends, and pricing intelligence
Participate in sales forecasting and assist in developing short- and long-range sales strategies
Track all activities and opportunities in CRM system
Produce regular sales reports by analyzing and communicating key metrics
Actively engage with trade and industry associations

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in a related industry
Demonstrated experience selling to Facilities Managers OR established contacts within healthcare facilities is required — you must have a proven track record working with these audiences
Established customer base in Southeast Louisiana's commercial sector (apartments, healthcare facilities, hotels, office buildings, etc.)
Experience selling to Facilities Managers and commercial decision-makers
Verifiable track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships
Strong closing skills with the ability to seal deals consistently
Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Confident communicator with resilience and determination
Self-driven, organized, and accountable
Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person sales
Background in construction, restoration, commercial services, or B2B sales strongly preferred
