We are growing rapidly and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and build long-term partnerships in the local market. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with local companies, and drive revenue growth for our staffing branch. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and being rewarded for performance. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits Identify staffing opportunities with companies in construction, manufacturing, warehousing, and light industrial sectors Present HireQuest’s staffing solutions and negotiate service agreements Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business Work closely with branch operations to ensure successful placement and service delivery Track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications 2+ years of business development, outside sales, or staffing industry experience preferred Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills Proven ability to generate leads and close new business Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline What We Offer Base salary of $50,000 – $70,000 depending on experience Uncapped commission structure Opportunity for advancement into branch leadership and management roles Support from an established national staffing brand Dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment Why Join HireQuest?
