Position Summary Magical Vacation Homes is seeking an energetic, innovative, passionate and organizedSeniorMarketingSpecialist who is seeking long-term employment to further our efforts to be the leading property manager of luxury vacation homes. Thispositionmanages the creationand execution of the variousmarketinginitiatives,A successfulSeniorMarketingSpecialist will possess a thorough knowledge of all aspects ofMarketingwithin the Hospitality Industry,drive for results, goal oriented, strong leadership skills, strong attention to detail; display excellent follow-through skills; be able to consistently meet deadlines; and have a knack for researching, organizing, and writing effective copy.
This is not a remote position. The Magical Vacation Homes office is located in Davenport, Florida.
Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels: email marketing and social media.
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
Leverage different social media marketing tools to automate/scale our organic reach
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Oversee the creation of blogs provided by a 3rd party vendor
Repurpose existing content/materials for organic purposes
Work closely with various cross-functional teams and develop consistent messaging and visuals to implement across marketing campaigns, collateral, and web
Project Management
Knowledge of AI automation and integration
Knowledge of SEO and PPC Strategy
Google Analytics
Google Retargeting Campaigns
Qualifications Minimum 4 years of professional marketing experience; hospitality experience a plus
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Knowledge and experience in Mailchimp and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Knowledge of Wordpress and SEO Optimization
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
3 years of leadership experience
