Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Ashland, KY/Huntington, WV area. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, handling inquiries, resolving client issues, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong account management skills, including building and maintaining customer relationships
Proven experience in sales, business development, and client acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively
Knowledge or experience in industrial supply or related industries is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools for tracking and managing client information
A Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred or 3+ years of outside sales in Industrial Sales.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in an on-site environment.
