We are partnering with a nationwide organization that is located in Newnan, Georgia, to hire a Senior Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is focused on driving digital marketing initiatives across multiple business units while partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities Partner with internal marketing, sales, and leadership teams to plan and deliver digital initiatives aligned with business objectives Own digital campaign execution from planning through performance measurement, including defining success metrics and KPIs Track, analyze, and report on lead performance across digital channels Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure effective execution of paid media, SEO, web enhancements, and landing page strategies Evaluate data from multiple digital channels (email, paid and organic social, search, and web platforms) to guide optimization and future planning Develop audience-specific strategies tailored to the needs of different business lines Continuously assess campaign results and refine tactics to improve outcomes Review digital assets to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment Support governance and organization of digital assets, templates, and documentation Assist with virtual event planning and execution as needed Conduct research to support campaign development, market understanding, and strategic initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Communications, or a related discipline 5+ years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing roles Strong experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, as well as email marketing tools Proficiency managing and updating websites using a CMS platform Working knowledge of web analytics, SEO tools, tag management, and digital performance testing Solid understanding of social media platforms and paid/organic strategies Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a team‑oriented environment Preferred Experience Background in agency or large, multi‑entity organizations Exposure to basic HTML/CSS Experience working with reporting or visualization tools Industry experience within technical, industrial, manufacturing, or related environments Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Marketing Industries Executive Offices #J-18808-Ljbffr
