Paid Media Coordinator
The Paid Media Coordinator will have responsibility for supporting paid advertising campaigns across various media channels, and the day‑to‑day operations of MassMedia's paid media department.

Media Operations & Execution Support

Support the day‑to‑day operations of paid media campaigns across platforms including traditional (TV, radio, OOH) and digital (YouTube, Google, Meta, etc.) channels

Assist with campaign builds, QA, trafficking, budget pacing, and ongoing maintenance

Help manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure campaigns launch on time

Reporting & Data Management

Pull performance data from media platforms and analytics tools on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Build and update client‑facing and internal reports, dashboards, and scorecards

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms and reports

Assist with performance summaries, insights, and visualizations for client and internal meetings

Support ongoing reporting automation and process improvements

Administrative Support

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate execution and reporting

Process insertion orders and media authorizations

Reconcile media invoices, expenses, and expense reports

Ensure quality and accuracy of placements, specs, and reporting

Assist in streamlining administrative workflows and department processes

Requirements

0‑2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, analytics, or a related field

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and recurring deadlines with accuracy

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven agency environment
