Job Position Description With a ‘One Team’ mentality, promote and sell franchise services in an assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop a customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and routinely contact and follow‑up with customers. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate customers on why PuroClean® is the best cleaning and restoration company. Provide and communicate clear and accurate pre‑testing, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow‑up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met. Established sales goals are met or exceeded. The customer base is diverse and new customers are routinely added. Internal and external communications are timely and effective. Customer jobs are completed, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective‑to‑objective marketing Build, maintain and service a ‘top 25 client’ list and provide lunch & learn sessions and promote continued education courses Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business Understand, adhere to, and promote safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling Build brand awareness, promote the ‘One Team’ culture, and demonstrate a genuine willingness to make a difference in the community through service Qualifications Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people; ask open‑ended questions and deliver the brand message Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win‑win situations and support the business Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines; ability to present oneself professionally and with integrity in a sales‑based setting Compensation Salary range: $33,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year Benefits Flexible Scheduling Aggressive Competitive Wages Paid Training for Career Advancement Opportunity to Help People in Times of Need We Build Careers "We Build Careers" - Steve White, President and COO Apply Today Join our Winning TEAM.
