Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in leading our marketing efforts to grow our existing business, engage dealer prospects, and enhance brand visibility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our overall marketing strategy while bringing creative ideas to life. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, creative vision, and strategic thinking to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns and materials.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
Oversee the development and upkeep of all customer-facing materials, including catalogs, sell sheets, and promotional collateral.
Manage and update product images and cross-reference information, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems.
Craft engaging content such as product guides, case studies, and blog posts to support lead generation and brand awareness.
Communications & Collaboration
Manage external communication such as product launches, promotions, and company news across all channels.
Partner closely with the Outside Sales team to ensure they are equipped with updated marketing materials and promotional items.
Collaborate with the engineering team to support technical content development such as technical service bulletins and training presentations.
Digital & Social Media Management
Maintain the company’s social media presence by creating and scheduling content, engaging with the community, and driving audience growth.
Manage digital advertising across industry trade publications and explore additional opportunities to increase brand visibility and reach.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives, providing actionable insights and regular performance reports.
Brand Development
Oversee the direction and growth of in-house brands, ensuring their development and market success.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to align marketing efforts with company-wide goals.
Trade Show & Event Coordination
Plan, manage, and execute all aspects of trade shows, including logistics, shipping deadlines, promotional materials, and booth arrangements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Proven experience (2-5 years) in marketing, outreach, or related roles, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
Proficiency in creating and managing content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
