Overview CrowdSync Technology is growing its SOHO office and looking for a few energetic and highly motivated Sales Account Executives. We offer a suite of technology products; with the primary focus on LED and RFID wearables. CrowdSync connects audiences to sports teams, brands, and artists using its proprietary wearables. Our diverse client list includes performing artists, festivals, top tier sports teams, and some of the most recognizable brands in the world. This role is in the live events space and requires a strong work ethic, passion for the live entertainment space, and superior organizational skills. You will work with our sales team to maintain a high level of activity.
This role requires you to live in New York/New Jersey and commute to the office daily.
Location: New York/New Jersey area; Travel occasionally to events may be required.
Responsibilities and Duties Maintain a high level of activity and meet the standard metrics provided by your sales leader. (Average Daily Metrics: 40+ calls/75+ emails/2+ meetings scheduled / 100+ touch points)
Be familiar with our CRM HubSpot and input all sales activities. Develop an efficient call/email cycle with current clients and prospects.
Meet or exceed sales goals for the Quarter/Year.
Handle inbound sales opportunities and all customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and organized manner.
Actively seek new opportunities and generate leads using an organized outbound sales process.
Conduct relevant market research and continue building our database of contacts and new opportunities.
Learn our product line and technology, be able to answer all customer questions to an exceptional level.
Occasionally be able to travel to events to work as a CrowdSync On-Site Tech.
Consistently be in communication with other members of our team.
Qualifications and Skills BA/BS in Sports Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively with customers and with members of our team.
Excellent punctuality, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
The abilities to both multi-task in day-to-day sales/operations, and to handle multiple ongoing projects in an organized and efficient manner.
Live in New York/New Jersey and commute to the office daily.
