
Service Account Manager

A growing mechanical contractor is seeking a Service Account Manager to support its service team. This role focuses on building client relationships, managing service accounts, and developing maintenance agreements for commercial HVAC and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow commercial HVAC service accounts
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance agreements
Work with technicians and clients to identify repair and service needs
Prepare service proposals and cost estimates
Track contract renewals and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with clients regarding service recommendations and opportunities
Qualifications
Experience in the mechanical or HVAC industry
Knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and systems
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
HVAC trade school or technical background is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 - $120,000 salary (DOE)
