Understanding of Oracle Utilities CCB and MDMS systems Understanding Meter Reading, Payments, Rates, Asset Management (meters) and MDMS Systems Understanding of Field Activities, Sync Requests, Batch Jobs, Extensive experience in CC&B Rate Configuration Good understanding of Interval meters and interval data, Rate schedule and components, Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Understanding of Oracle Utilities CCB and MDMS systems Understanding Meter Reading, Payments, Rates, Asset Management (meters) and MDMS Systems Understanding of Field Activities, Sync Requests, Batch Jobs, Extensive experience in CC&B Rate Configuration Good understanding of Interval meters and interval data, Rate schedule and components, Time-of-Use definitions, Service Agreements and Billing Processes Prior Experience in CC&B Implementation Roles & Responsibilities Set up and configure Oracle CC&B applications to meet client-specific utility billing needs Prepare functional and technical design documents. Design application and business process flows. Perform system performance tuning and optimizations. Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborate with business analysts to gather and understand requirements. Guiding Development and Testing team Rate Configuration Provide leadership on rate design including metering configurations and FAs. Orchestrate a strategy to ensure all rates are fully configured, tested, and deployed by assigned deadline. Assist in categorizing level-of-effort to ‘build’ rates in CC&B so work can be assigned to multiple resources by experience level. Lead meetings with various teams of customer, including regulatory, operations, project management, IT, and our internal business customers to ensure cross-team alignment on requirements, project status, etc. Salary Range $120000-$160000 year TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive.
