
Account Executive

We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive – Sales to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts in the telecom and digital services space. This role requires a consultative seller with strong experience in enterprise SaaS/BSS solutions and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure
Drive new logo acquisition across Global Communication Service Providers and other Enterprise customers
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets
Develop deep understanding of Alepo’s Agentic AI , AAA, BSS and digital platform offerings
Engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers to position strategic solutions
Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Key Requirements
5–10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales (preferably enterprise,Network security telecom, SaaS, or BSS domain)
Proven track record of closing high-value deals ($100K+)
Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills
Experience working with global clients and long sales cycles
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to Global Communication Service Providers and other Enterprise customers
Familiarity with Agentic AI , AI-driven platforms,Telecom, and digital transformation solutions
