This role focuses on expanding key accounts, uncovering new revenue opportunities, and strengthening long‑term customer partnerships while supporting select marketing initiatives.

Description Grow, manage, and retain high‑value customer accounts while serving as the primary client contact.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, including line extensions, innovations, and value‑add programs.
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with revenue targets.
Present products, capabilities, and customized solutions to key decision‑makers.
Support contract discussions, pricing updates, and customer negotiations.
Regularly engage with clients through ongoing communication, onsite visits, and relationship‑building activities.
Collaborate internally with sales, product development, operations, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
Profile 3+ years of sales or account management experience in B2B manufacturing.
Experience selling rigid packaging (ideally glass or metal) and selling into beauty, skincare, personal care, healthcare/pharma, or spirits markets strongly preferred.
Proven ability to grow and nurture key accounts while delivering exceptional service.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Self‑motivated, relationship‑driven, and adept at building trust with senior stakeholders.
