
Remote Account Executive - Swiftlane Philadelphia

We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from qualifying inbound and outbound leads to closing deals and driving revenue growth.
You’ll work closely with BDRs, marketing, and leadership to convert opportunities into long-term customers while delivering a strong client experience.

You’ll work closely with BDRs, marketing, and leadership to convert opportunities into long-term customers while delivering a strong client experience.
What You’ll Do Own and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients
Qualify inbound leads and follow up on outbound opportunities
Build strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders
Understand customer needs and position solutions effectively
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM
Collaborate with BDRs and marketing to improve conversion rates
What We’re Looking For 3–7+ years of experience in B2B sales , preferably SaaS or tech
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Strong communication and presentation skills (client-facing role)
Experience running demos and handling objections
Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Nice to Have Experience selling to US-based clients
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Startup or high-growth company experience
