Overview Join our External Marketplace team, the engine of home24's future growth! This team is part of our Revenue & Growth Channels area, collaborating closely on important growth topics. We are strategically expanding our presence on major external platforms to bring our products to millions of new customers across Europe. Your Responsibilities You own and grow our Amazon marketplace business, defining and executing a strategy for sustainable growth You steer the commercial success of our Amazon shop by managing the product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities You plan, execute, and optimize our Retail Media and Amazon Ads campaigns to drive performance You are responsible for the quality of our product detail pages, ensuring excellent content and a high conversion rate You manage our product catalog and ensure high-quality data You oversee the operational performance, product availability, and account health on Amazon You build and maintain performance reports and conduct regular business reviews You leverage AI and automation to improve our marketplace operations Your Profile Completed Bachelor’s degree or vocational training, ideally with a specialization in e-commerce or a related field Several years of experience in Amazon marketplace management Proven expertise with Amazon tools such as Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Brand Analytics Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive and results-oriented way of working Fluent in English; German is a plus What we offer you Your impact Together with your motivated team of professionals, you have the chance to work entrepreneurially developing an important growth channel for home24 An open-minded culture ready to incorporate new and creative ideas Your growth Extensive learning opportunities from our home24 academy and external partners Room for growth and development within your role through regular feedback rounds Your path Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode.
