Creative Social Media Executive designs high-quality posts and edit engaging reels using Canva and CapCut. Responsible for publishing, scheduling, and managing content across all social media platforms. Work Details Location: Remote (Philippines, Pakistan, Bangladesh) Working Time: 07:00 AM to 4 PM CST Employee Status: Full-time (40 hours per week) Starting Date: Immediately Compensation salary: Industry standard + Monthly Performance Bonus Skills and Qualifications Create high-quality static posts, stories, and carousels using Canva Edit and produce engaging reels/short videos using CapCut (captions, transitions, trending audio) Publish, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms Maintain and execute a weekly/monthly content calendar Write strong captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with the brand voice Ensure brand consistency (colors, fonts, templates, tone) across all content Respond to comments and DMs promptly; handle community and basic queries Track performance (reach, engagement, views) and share weekly/monthly reports Research trends and propose new content ideas to improve growth and engagement Coordinate with internal teams for briefs, approvals, and required assets #J-18808-Ljbffr
