
Senior Client Marketing Manager – Buyer & Seller Programs

We’re seeking a Senior Client Marketing Manager to lead the execution of high-impact buyer and seller marketing programs that connect consumers with top real estate professionals. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver well-orchestrated, data-driven initiatives that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
What You’ll Do
Execute buyer and seller marketing programs that generate high-quality leads
Lead marketing cycles for listing/seller and buyer initiatives in partnership with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Demand Generation
Own end-to-end execution of client webinars and educational programs, from content planning through promotion and attendance growth
Support product launches and strategic initiatives tied to client-facing tools and services
Optimize client and consumer journeys to improve engagement and conversion
Track and analyze program performance, including lead retention, conversion, and NPS metrics
What You Bring
8+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing (lead generation, lifecycle, or engagement)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proven success executing marketing programs that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
4+ years of experience in real estate, proptech, fintech, or related industries
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
Nice to Have
Experience scaling marketplace or platform-based marketing programs
Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
Demonstrated impact on lead conversion, engagement, or NPS
Passion for real estate and understanding of how agents grow their businesses
