Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for the administration of Casino Marketing
Assist the Slot Marketing Manager in the operation of the Casino Marketing department
Exercise discretion and independent judgment within the Casino Host functions
Work independently on player development
Devote majority of time in the casino providing personalized service to the guests
Identify and develop personal relationships with new and first time guests
Communicate constantly with Casino Game operations and other Casino Marketing cast members
Contact guests personally and/or send correspondence to invite them to enjoy amenities and/or to special events
Issue complementaries based on player ratings
Host outside entertainment for our guests, such as professional sporting events, dinners, and theaters
Promote casino marketing programs via telemarketing
Follow all safety rules
Adhere to departmental quality standards
Maintain compliance with the Gaming Board Rules, Standards and the company's System of Internal Controls and Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements
Work within the guidelines established by the company
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four‑year college or university
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
