Account Executive – VA Health System (Home Care Services) About the Role We are partnered with a multiservice healthcare organization dedicated to helping patients live safely and independently in their homes and communities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with VA Medical Center case managers, community care coordinators, and veteran service staff . Act as a trusted liaison between our organization and the VA, educating staff, veterans, and families about home care services and eligibility. Identify and cultivate referral sources within the VA system to expand awareness and utilization of services. Meet directly with veterans and their families to guide them through the referral or intake process. Partner with internal operations to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction for new clients. Represent the organization at VA-sponsored events, resource fairs, and community outreach initiatives . Maintain accurate activity records and referral metrics through CRM tools, tracking progress toward referral and revenue goals. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or account management Extensive experience working with or within the VA Health System (required) Knowledge of home care, personal care, or community-based services Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Veteran status or experience serving veteran populations is strongly preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based commission Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of veterans and their families #J-18808-Ljbffr
