Harmony At Home Senior Care is seeking a Veteran Service Coordinator — a role designed specifically for Veterans who want to help other Veterans access care and support through VA-funded home care programs.
You do not need prior experience with VA benefits or VA programs . We provide full training on the VA process, documentation, and referral pathways. What matters most is your ability to connect with Veterans and their families with trust, respect, and integrity.
Who This Role Is Perfect For
Veterans transitioning into civilian careers
Veterans interested in healthcare, outreach, or service coordination
Entry-level sales or marketing candidates with strong people skills
Veterans who want mission-driven work helping fellow Veterans
Key Responsibilities
Conduct community outreach focused on Veteran populations
Educate Veterans and families on available home care benefits
Build relationships with:
Veteran service organizations
VA-related community partners
Case managers and Veteran advocates
Assist Veterans through the initial steps of the VA home care process
Coordinate referrals and admissions with internal care teams
Track outreach, referrals, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Training Provided
VA benefits and program education
Home care eligibility and service models
Sales, outreach, and relationship-building coaching
Documentation and compliance processes
Pay Structure
Base pay
Commission or bonus per admitted client

Requirements
Must be a Veteran
Strong communication skills
Comfortable speaking with families during emotionally sensitive situations
Organized, reliable, and coachable
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
