About the Role
Harmony At Home Senior Care is looking for an experienced healthcare marketer who already works in home health, hospice, or a related healthcare setting and wants to expand their impact — without leaving their current role.
If your current company does not offer non-medical home care, this role allows you to continue serving your existing referral partners while adding another care level to your book of business.
This is a part-time position with a base pay plus commission , designed to complement—not compete with—your current employment.
Who This Role Is Perfect For
Home health or hospice marketers
Community liaisons or business development reps
Healthcare sales professionals with established referral relationships
Marketers whose current employer does not provide non-medical home care services
Key Responsibilities
Market Harmony At Home Senior Care to referral sources such as:
Hospitals and discharge planners
Skilled nursing and rehab facilities
Assisted and independent living communities
Physicians, social workers, and case managers
Educate referral partners on when home care is appropriate versus home health or hospice
Maintain and grow existing professional relationships
Coordinate warm handoffs and referrals to the internal service coordination team
Track marketing activity and referrals in CRM systems
Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and territory coverage
Pay Structure
Base hourly or salary pay (part-time)
Commission per admitted client
No cap on commission earnings
Gas Stipends for daily travel between facilities
Requirements
Experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or referrals (home health, hospice, SNF, hospital, or similar)
Existing professional referral relationships strongly preferred
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Reliable transportation
