Account Manager

Overview Account Manager at Duval Landscape Maintenance. Join our team to establish, develop, and maintain long-term business relationships with our customers while driving sales and delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities Retain, produce, and boost sales with valued clients
Maximize retention of current accounts; ensure top-notch customer service and quality
Resolve customer issues with creative problem-solving
Provide landscape enhancement opportunities to customers and close additional sales
Oversee Crew Supervisors and Forepersons to ensure field operations run smoothly
Qualifications Experience managing multiple landscape maintenance crews
Outstanding organizational, communication, time management, and leadership skills
Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record
Compensation and Benefits Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Bonuses/Commission; benefits: health, dental, life, paid time off, 401(k) and 401(k) matching, health savings account
