Role Overview As Marketing Coordinator, you will be the operational execution engine behind Kindo's enterprise AI security platform and Deep Hat; our proprietary, internally‑built LLM designed specifically for offensive security and red team workflows. This is not a traditional coordination role. We are looking for someone who operates with an AI‑first, automation‑first mindset — someone who actively uses AI tools to increase leverage, streamline execution, and improve marketing velocity. You will partner closely with the Marketing Lead to maintain program momentum across community‑building, social operations, field events, webinars, and campaign execution. What You’ll Do Build and grow an active presence within open source, LLM, and cybersecurity ecosystems Own day‑to‑day execution across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and relevant forums Draft, edit, and publish content while maintaining consistent cadence Coordinate logistics for field events and webinars (conference sponsorships, VIP dinners, roadshows) Manage vendors, venue sourcing, shipments, and onsite run‑of‑show support Act as liaison with external agencies to ensure timelines and deliverables are met Support paid campaign planning with positioning angles and landing page concepts Track invoices and maintain organized performance documentation Execute pre‑ and post‑event communications and lead capture workflows AI & Automation Expectations We expect this role to actively leverage AI across the marketing stack.
