Independent Federal Appellate Brief Counsel
Remote | Performance-Based | High-Volume Federal Practice
We are a high-volume federal appellate practice focused exclusively on Social Security disability appeals in U.S. District Courts nationwide.
We are seeking independent appellate brief counsel to join our remote platform on a performance-based compensation model.
This opportunity is designed for attorneys who:
Prefer autonomy over office structure
Are comfortable with performance-based income
Value high-level legal writing
Want consistent case flow without client management
Are entrepreneurial or operate independently
This is not a salaried position . It is a commission-based independent contractor role structured to align performance, quality, and income.
The Model

High-volume, writing-focused work
You provide:
High-quality federal legal writing
Professional judgment
Reliable turnaround
Attorneys who maintain a full caseload typically average $5,000–$8,000 per month by month six , with annual earnings commonly reaching $150,000+ , depending on volume and efficiency.

Qualifications
Strong legal writing ability (writing sample required)
Ability to independently analyze administrative records
Comfort working remotely and autonomously
Professional liability insurance
Active bar license in good standing
Prior Social Security or federal appellate experience is helpful but not required for strong writers.
