As our client base continues to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for another event planner to help coordinate events across the United States.
The Role
We are looking for an organized and proactiveEvent Planner / Event Marketing Manager who enjoys managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and bringing events to life.
This role will support and, depending on experience, own the planning and execution of events from initial planning through onsite management and post-event follow-up.
You will help coordinate a variety of programs, including trade shows, partner events, customer receptions, executive meetings, and other corporate events.
This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, trade shows, or event marketing who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and managing multiple events simultaneously.
What You’ll Do
Trade Shows & Conferences
Manage trade show logistics, including exhibitor portals, booth shipments, vendor coordination, show deadlines, and onsite setup
Coordinate booth signage, promotional materials, and shipping timelines
Work with show organizers, general contractors, and vendors
Support or lead onsite booth setup and event execution
Coordinate logistics for client teams attending the event
Client Events
Plan and execute events such as:
Lunch-and-learn programs
Customer and partner receptions
Golf outings and networking events
Executive meetings and advisory councils
Regional conferences and partner programs
Responsibilities may include:
Venue sourcing and coordination
Registration coordination
Event timelines and run-of-show development
Event materials and signage
Event Operations
Maintain event timelines, project plans, and planning checklists
Coordinate vendor communication and logistics
Assist with budget tracking and invoice managementManage shipping and event materials
Support post-event reporting and follow-up
On‑Site Event Support
Assist with event setup and breakdown
Coordinate vendors and venue staff
Ensure a smooth attendee experience
Some travel will be required to support events across the United States.
What We’re Looking For
Strong candidates will have:
2–5 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, trade shows, or event marketing
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills
Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving ability
Helpful experience includes:
Corporate trade shows or conference programs
Event agencies or conference planning companies
Hotel conference services or hospitality event planning
Project management tools or event management platforms
Education
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or Event Management is helpful but not required.
Relevant event planning experience is what matters most.
Salary for this role ranges from $55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience.
