Part-Time Social Media Manager (Personal Brand / Founder Account) We’re seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager to oversee and grow the personal social presence of a founder in the wellness and lifestyle space . This role requires someone with strong aesthetic instincts, experience managing executive or founder social channels , and the ability to create polished, editorial-quality content. Direct experience managing a founder, entrepreneur, or executive’s personal social channels is required. 20-25 hrs per week; ongoing work with potential to convert; $40/hour (W2). This position will begin as a 90-day part-time consulting engagement (20–25 hours per week) with potential to transition into a full-time and salaried role. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a 30–60 day social media content strategy aligned with the founder’s personal brand. Lead end-to-end content creation , from concept to posting, ensuring a cohesive and elevated aesthetic. Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Coordinate and direct content shoots , including locations, storytelling, and visual direction. Monitor trends in wellness, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle to keep content fresh and relevant. Manage engagement including comments, DMs, and community interaction . Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on analytics . Support content production with logistics such as prop sourcing, location scouting, and scheduling . Assist with content capture during events, travel, and brand activations as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation . Direct experience managing a founder, entrepreneur, or executive’s personal social channels is required. Experience in wellness, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred . Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite .
