Please visit our website: www.zpbettertogether.com Job Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing programs to achieve long and short‑term objectives, principally related to new customer acquisition. Program plans must include key initiatives and strategies, as well as detailed timing and tactics for online and offline marketing, promotions, and campaign management. Consistently and predictably forecast and deliver marketing plan commitments and corresponding results. Develop testing plans and a testing strategy to maximize customer acquisition and lifetime value; analyze results and make recommendations. Lead seasonal analysis, postmortems and recommendations on all owned marketing campaigns. Day‑to‑day responsibilities will include managing relationships, directing status report meetings, helping to develop creative, understanding and analyzing data, coordinating with internal groups, and making recommendations regarding investment and operating decisions. Lead campaign testing strategies (A/B and multivariate), analyze performance, and optimize for ROI and lifetime value. Maintain and foster productive working relationships with all internal support functions, particularly Marketing Communications, IT, Web Development, Planning & Logistics, and Finance. Maintain productive working relationships with channel management counterparts in the Marketing department, particularly as it relates to coordinated contact management for our customer and prospect base. Develop and manage a comprehensive annual events calendar, including conferences, trade shows, community outreach events, webinars, and internal meetings. Lead creative and strategic event concept development aligned with ZP’s brand, mission, and business goals. Design event layouts, booth concepts, décor, environmental branding, and visual storytelling elements. Create detailed planograms, floor diagrams, booth layouts, traffic‑flow maps, staging documents, and run‑of‑show materials. Define event goals, target audiences, key messages, KPIs, and success metrics. Ensure all events are fully accessible and aligned with Deaf Culture best practices, including ASL access, interpreters, and visual communication safety. Oversee all logistics including venues, catering, travel, shipping, booth builds, equipment, A/V, livestreaming, and technical needs. Serve as the on‑site lead for major events, providing real‑time problem‑solving and staff coordination. Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, contracts, invoicing, and ongoing relationships. Support Sales with event materials, talking points, booth scripts, and engagement toolkits. Ensure coordinated contact management and lead flow between events, campaigns, and CRM systems. Provide consistent communication to stakeholders on timelines, progress, risks, and opportunities. Track and manage event and marketing budgets, expenditures, and financial performance. Develop post‑event and post‑campaign reports summarizing attendance, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI. Analyze data using marketing and web analytics tools to identify trends and optimization opportunities. Maintain accurate documentation of metrics, vendor performance, contracts, and campaign learnings. Present insights and recommendations to leadership with clear, actionable next steps. Qualifications / Skills Proven track record developing and executing multi‑channel marketing strategies Start‑up experience preferred Ability to direct and recommend cost‑effective programs and projects Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating others Proven leadership and business acumen skills Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions Creative, flexible, and analytical team player Experience in online and offline direct marketing strongly preferred, with emphasis in campaign management. Product/Service launch experience preferred 5 to 7 years prior marketing experience Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements Knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL) required, strong understanding of Deaf Culture and accessible communications. 5+ years of experience creating and executing Operations marketing, event management, or integrated marketing roles. Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into action. Hands‑on experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM, CSEs, affiliate marketing, paid social media advertising, display and mobile advertising.) Working knowledge of ad serving tools (Google Ads). Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot), event platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite), and project management tools. Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills. Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field. Work Environment Sitting, standing and walking (95‑100%) Keyboarding (40‑60%) Viewing computer monitor, videophone, and cell phone requiring close vision (40‑60%) Lifting computers and other equipment. Ability to lift, carry, and move event materials and equipment up to 50 pounds. Travel required (25‑40%), including evenings, weekends, and extended event hours.
