About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Enterprise Business Development with a focus on driving the adoption of an AI-powered takeoff and estimating platform within the HVAC and plumbing contractor space. This senior, individual contributor role is pivotal in leading complex, consultative sales cycles with large contractors and suppliers, engaging senior stakeholders, and building strong, ROI-driven business cases. The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving early traction and long-term expansion within enterprise accounts, as well as partnering with product and AI teams to enhance the platform's workflows based on real-world estimating needs. Applicants for this role at The Company should have 8-10 years' of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing estimating leadership, enterprise sales, or consulting roles within the industry. A deep understanding of HVAC and plumbing estimating and preconstruction workflows is essential, as is a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders in enterprise sales environments. The role requires a strong executive presence, polished presentation and demo skills, and experience with value-based selling. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at the intersection of product strategy and revenue generation, and be willing to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
