About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Commercial and Business Development to spearhead strategic growth initiatives across its national portfolio of energy and aviation-related infrastructure assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full-cycle execution of complex infrastructure transactions, including greenfield and brownfield developments, public-private partnership structures, and acquisition opportunities. This executive role demands a proven deal leader with a strong background in either the midstream refined products sector or the aviation infrastructure and fueling ecosystem, capable of thriving in complex regulatory environments and balancing strategic vision with disciplined execution.
Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Commercial and Business Development include transaction leadership, strategic growth identification, and relationship management with executive-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' progressive commercial experience in the relevant sectors, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and a demonstrated track record of closing complex infrastructure transactions. Strong financial acumen, regulatory understanding, and the ability to operate in a performance-driven environment are essential. The role also involves leading and developing a high-performing commercial team, establishing accountability, and operating as both a player and a coach in a fast-moving environment.
