About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of portfolio-wide marketing and innovation strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and evolving the marketing strategy in line with the company's growth objectives, protecting and enhancing brand positioning across a diverse portfolio, and driving demand generation in various channels. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a balance of near-term commercial performance with long-term brand equity, as well as the ability to lead a high-performing marketing organization and foster a culture of ownership and thoughtful execution. Applicants for the CMO role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 15 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in growth-stage or transformation environments, with a strong preference for those with experience in authentic, artisanal, founder-led, or premium brands, particularly in the food, beverage, or CPG sectors. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in product innovation, strong people leadership skills, and the ability to make data-informed decisions with a brand-focused intuition. An entrepreneurial mindset, strong executive presence, and the ability to operate with a builder mentality in the face of ambiguity are also essential.
