About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Growth Marketing with a strong background in D2C customer acquisition and retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive exponential growth, particularly within the $30MM-$80MM+ revenue range. This role requires expertise in the top of the online sales funnel, including performance media, paid search, and direct response advertising. The VP will also be instrumental in the transformation of operations, coaching, training, and technology to ensure a seamless customer journey and high ROI. While affiliates and partnerships are important, the focus is on direct-to-customer tactics and building a sustainable brand presence. Candidates for this role should have a proven track record in senior marketing positions, with experience in companies that have achieved significant revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer acquisition strategies, including lifecycle marketing, and be adept at using various channels such as email, SMS, and telemarketing.
