About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for its franchisor restaurant brand. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and maintaining the brand's equity, driving sales for both franchisee and corporate units, and overseeing integrated marketing programs that resonate with consumers and foster franchise growth. This executive will play a pivotal role in the leadership team, contributing to the company's strategic vision and competitive positioning. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Marketing include brand strategy and positioning, consumer marketing, franchisee support, digital and innovation, team leadership, and growth and development marketing. The role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in building and executing marketing strategies that deliver tangible results. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, particularly in the restaurant, franchise, retail, or consumer brand sectors. Strong digital marketing and consumer engagement expertise are essential, as is the ability to lead a high-performing team and manage relationships with external partners. The role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
