About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Sales and Marketing to drive top-line growth across a portfolio of precision-engineered motion solutions for advanced industrial and scientific applications. This leadership role is not purely strategic; it requires a candidate with a proven track record in revenue generation and a deep understanding of selling highly technical components in OEM environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct sales, global channel management, marketing operations, and customer engagement across core market verticals, including medical devices, lab automation, defense, aerospace, and next-gen imaging. Key responsibilities for the VP of Sales and Marketing include owning and executing a revenue growth strategy, leading a consultative sales process, and developing relationships with global partners, reps, and distributors. The role also involves driving marketing execution, positioning products for differentiated value, and leading commercial operations such as forecasting, pipeline health, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in technical sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role, and a strong background in B2B revenue growth. Familiarity with technical products, consultative sales strategies, and digital marketing practices is essential, as is the ability to act as the voice of the customer and stay abreast of industry trends.
