About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic influencer, with the ability to clearly articulate vision and strategy, and to influence decision-making with data-driven insights. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning, and the VP will be responsible for all sales and marketing functions, including strategic planning, customer engagement, product positioning, and channel development. Candidates for the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in sales and marketing, particularly in manufacturing or industrial sectors, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share, excellent leadership and communication skills, and superior interpersonal abilities. Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and a participative management style are also essential.
