Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-spectrum, A–Z servicing of commercial lines accounts, including new business, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Conduct coverage reviews and process policy changes to ensure clients' needs are met.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships through proactive client communication and responsive service.
  • Identify cross-selling and account rounding opportunities to enhance client portfolios.
  • Utilize agency management systems such as Agency Block CRM, EZLynx, AMS360, or Applied EPIC for account administration and workflow optimization.
  • Work closely with producers and underwriters to resolve account and coverage issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Support the office team's collaborative culture and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience in commercial lines insurance account management.
  • Proven customer service and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in policy administration.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agency Block CRM.
  • Experience with EZLynx, AMS360, or Applied EPIC systems.
  • Previous experience cross-selling or upselling insurance products.
  • Knowledge of Connecticut insurance regulations and market practices.
  • Willingness to contribute to internal process improvements and team initiatives.
