Marketing Lead (Systems + Design)
SOCIETE SELECT | SERHANT. PA
Philadelphia, PA (In-Office)
SERHANT. is the most followed real estate brand in the world, built for the marketplace of tomorrow and seen globally on Netflix.
SOCIETE SELECT is our luxury team in Philadelphia — and this role is responsible for building and running the marketing engine behind our listings, agents, and growth.
The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Lead responsible for building and operating a scalable marketing system for our agents — including templates, workflows, and consistent output — while also producing high-quality design work in Adobe InDesign.
This is not a social media manager role.
This is not a pure designer role.
If your primary focus is visual design or creative direction without workflow ownership, this will not be the right fit.
This is a systems + execution role for someone who wants to take ownership of how marketing actually gets done at scale.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Build and Own the Marketing System (Primary Responsibility)
• Design, implement, and own a repeatable marketing system for 30–40 agents
• Create standardized listing launch packages (email, social, brochure, etc.)
• Turn repeatable work into templates, checklists, and workflows
• Establish clear timelines, expectations, and intake processes
• Reduce revision cycles and eliminate bottlenecks
• Manage the marketing pipeline through ClickUp with visibility and structure
Execute High-Quality Design (InDesign Required)
• Design and standardize premium listing materials including brochures, booklets, flyers, postcards, and digital assets
• Set the standard for luxury layout, typography, and print-ready execution
• Maintain a consistent, elevated luxury aesthetic across all materials
Manage Workflow + Scale Support
• Enforce structured intake through marketing request forms
• Maintain discipline around process, ensuring all requests follow defined workflows and timelines
• Prioritize and manage multiple active projects across agents
• Identify tasks that should be delegated or systemized
• Help build and train a coordinator or Virtual Assistant layer over time
Maintain Brand Standards
• Ensure all output aligns with SOCIETE SELECT and SERHANT. brand standards
• Review and approve final deliverables before release
What We’re Looking For
Required
• Strong Adobe InDesign skills with real print layout experience
• Experience producing brochures, booklets, or print marketing materials from concept through final export
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to think in systems, not just tasks
• Strong judgment on prioritization, timelines, and workflow
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agent-driven environment
Important (Read Carefully)
In your application and interview, you must be able to clearly explain:
• how your work supported real business outcomes (listings, clients, engagement)
• how you’ve structured or improved a marketing workflow, system, or process
This role is not just about making things look good.
It’s about making marketing consistent, repeatable, and effective.
Bonus (Not Required)
• Real estate or development marketing experience
• Luxury, hospitality, architecture, or lifestyle brand experience
• Experience building template libraries or scalable marketing systems
• Experience working in an in-house or fast-paced team environment
Application Requirements
Please include a portfolio with layout-based work, such as:
• brochures
• booklets
• print marketing materials
• editorial layouts
Portfolios focused primarily on social media graphics or Canva work will not be considered.
Compensation
$65,000–$70,000 salary
Hybrid Role, In-office role will be in Old City, Philadelphia.
Final Note
This role is best suited for someone who:
• enjoys both structure and execution
• wants to take ownership of a system, not just individual projects
• is comfortable being hands-on while building something scalable
• operates with accountability and autonomy
If you’re looking for a purely strategic or purely creative role, this is likely not the right fit.
