We’re looking for a talented Junior Digital Designer to join a vibrant, in-house creative team at a global biopharmaceutical company.


This is a 12-month contract opportunity where you’ll work alongside senior designers, web developers, motion artists, writers, and account managers to create impactful multichannel materials for 30+ leading brands across 80+ countries.

What You’ll Do

  • Design digital assets including websites, landing pages, infographics, banner ads, emails, user interfaces, and interactive PDFs.
  • Create and update content-heavy, interactive PowerPoint presentations (on Mac) with slide transitions, animations, video, and strong data visualization for iPad/tablet delivery.
  • Partner with content experts to interpret complex clinical and scientific data, turning it into clear, engaging charts, graphs, and infographics.
  • Apply UI/UX best practices while working within brand standards and FDA regulatory guidelines.
  • Use Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator to edit and enhance images/artwork for PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate daily with creative managers, writers, video editors, and account managers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform photo/vector searches, apply client/editor annotations in Acrobat, and drive multiple projects to completion each week.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related discipline + 2+ years of experience in a creative agency environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint for designing large, interactive presentations with animations and data visualization.
  • Solid understanding of website design, banner ads, and UI/UX best practices.
  • Ability to comfortably interpret and visualize complex clinical/scientific data into charts and infographics.
  • Experience working efficiently on multiple projects with tight turnaround times.
  • Fluency in a Mac environment and awareness of current design trends.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing dynamic PowerPoint work (transitions, animations, video, typography, data viz) plus other digital pieces like infographics, banner ads, emails, and interactive PDFs.


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

  2. Portfolio review + creative assessment with Senior UI/UX Designer
