Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Coordinator, based in New York, NY.


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Production Coordinator to support the end-to-end production lifecycle of our generic and branded children’s apparel. This role is critical to ensuring on-time delivery, upholding quality standards, and driving clear, consistent communication between internal teams and overseas factories.


The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in keeping production on track, identifying risks early, and helping resolve issues efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track production timelines from development through bulk delivery
  • Communicate daily with factories and vendors to monitor order status and proactively resolve issues
  • Review and maintain purchase orders and all production-related documentation
  • Ensure all production milestones are met; escalate risks or delays as needed
  • Partner cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, and PD teams to uphold product integrity
  • Assist in troubleshooting production and quality issues; support implementation of corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems


Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in production or sourcing within apparel (children’s preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to promptly address challenges in production processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PLM systems is a plus
