Position Overview This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Coordinator, based in New York, NY.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Production Coordinator to support the end-to-end production lifecycle of our generic and branded children’s apparel. This role is critical to ensuring on-time delivery, upholding quality standards, and driving clear, consistent communication between internal teams and overseas factories.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and track production timelines from development through bulk delivery Communicate daily with factories and vendors to monitor order status and proactively resolve issues Review and maintain purchase orders and all production-related documentation Ensure all production milestones are met; escalate risks or delays as needed Partner cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, and PD teams to uphold product integrity Assist in troubleshooting production and quality issues; support implementation of corrective actions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems

Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in production or sourcing within apparel (children’s preferred) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to promptly address challenges in production processes. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PLM systems is a plus
