
Apparel Production Coordinator

Global womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is in search of an experienced Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. We are looking for a motivated candidate who is adaptable, flexible, and a true self-starter.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Production Lifecycle Management:
- Assist with the entire product creation process, from development hand-off through to final production and delivery.
- Monitor the production pipeline from the initial sample stage to final delivery.
- Proactively track production milestones and manage bulk production with overseas factories to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate shipping timelines and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely product arrival.
- Manage high-volume import production, including multiple production cycles and reorders.
- Handle fabric approvals and track bulk fabric status.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication:
- Serve as the primary daily contact for overseas factories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Tech Design, Development, and Receiving) to ensure deadlines are met.
- Partner with Product Development and Design to troubleshoot and resolve any production setbacks quickly.
- Proactively identify production risks and drive timely resolution to maintain production schedules.
- Maintain strong follow-up with overseas vendors throughout the entire production timeline.
- Administrative & Reporting:
- Update WIP (Work in Progress) and T&A (Time and Action) reports based on the production schedule.
- Follow up with vendors on samples to ensure timely arrival for fittings and key seasonal meetings.
- Provide clear, detailed updates to the reporting manager when production issues arise.
- Ability to independently manage multiple styles and production timelines across several factories.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of production experience in the apparel industry.
- Familiarity with sourcing, logistics, and production terminology.
- Experience working in a fast-paced apparel environment with multiple seasonal deliveries and high SKU volume.
