
Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Dive Bomb Industries is looking for a highly capable Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help lead and execute our retention marketing efforts across email and SMS. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to think through the full customer journey while also building, designing, and executing the work themselves.
This person will be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns, flows, segmentation strategies, loyalty initiatives, and customer nurture programs that drive repeat purchases and long-term customer value. The ideal candidate is fluent in Klaviyo, experienced in email and SMS marketing, confident in segmentation and RFM strategy, and proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for creative execution.
This role will work directly under the direction of the Marketing Director and closely alongside the Marketing Production Manager to bring high-level lifecycle marketing strategy to life. A strong understanding of AI tools and the evolving AI landscape is also important, as we are looking for someone who can help harness AI to improve efficiency, creative output, analysis, and overall marketing performance.
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and optimize email and SMS campaigns
- Create and improve automated flows, including welcome series, post-purchase, win-back, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, and other lifecycle touchpoints
- Develop and execute segmentation strategies based on customer behavior, engagement, and purchase history
- Use RFM analysis and other retention methods to identify stronger audience targeting and nurture opportunities
- Manage and help grow the brand’s loyalty program
- Develop strategies focused on past-buyer nurture, repeat purchase behavior, and customer retention
- Build campaign assets and support creative execution using Photoshop and Lightroom
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing Production Manager to execute lifecycle initiatives
- Monitor performance across retention channels and make recommendations for continual improvement
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing across messaging, creative, offers, timing, and segmentation
- Identify and explore ways AI can support stronger creative output, workflow efficiency, data interpretation, and retention performance
- Bring fresh ideas and new strategies to improve customer lifetime value
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in email and SMS marketing
- Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo
- Experience building and optimizing campaigns and automated flows
- Strong understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, and retention strategy
- Experience with RFM analysis and lifecycle marketing best practices
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- Strong understanding of AI tools and a demonstrated ability to stay current with evolving technology and marketing applications
- Strong eye for creative, messaging, and brand presentation
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- E-commerce marketing experience strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing or contributing to a loyalty or rewards program
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with performance-driven creative and testing strategies
- Experience in the outdoor, hunting, fishing, or lifestyle space is a plus
Compensation
Salary: From $85,000 per year
