THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Graphic Design who sees brand as a living system and knows how to build, maintain, and evolve it with care, craft, and clarity.
This is a hands-on, production-forward role for a designer who loves making the work.
You’ll own creative execution across a wide range of brand touchpoints and spend significant time designing, refining, and building assets yourself—while flexing into creative art direction on select projects, campaigns, and content moments. You’re comfortable moving between systems and storytelling, between detail and direction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Execution
- Own creative execution from concept development through final production across brand, marketing, and digital initiatives.
- Produce high-quality creative across campaigns, presentations, toolkits, and evergreen brand assets.
- Ensure visual excellence, craft, and accuracy across all deliverables, setting a high bar for quality and consistency
Execute Cross-Channel Creative
- Design and oversee creative across
- Email marketing and CRM
- UX/UI and digital experiences
- Collateral and presentations
- Brand and seasonal campaigns
- Video, photography, and motion assets
- Production design and physical brand touchpoints
- Translate brand strategy into expressive, multi-channel creative, adapting work across platforms while preserving emotion, clarity, and brand voice.
- Incorporate feedback, performance insights to iterate and improve creative effectiveness across channels.
Flex into Art Direction
- Flex into creative art direction, shaping the visual approach through concept development, mood boards, and visual storytelling on select projects.
- Support photo and video shoots through pre-production planning and post-production feedback.
- Collaborate with external partners, including photographers, videographers, freelancers, and agencies, to ensure elevated execution.
Drive Systems & Brand Building
- Create and evolve scalable design systems and templates across Adobe, Figma, and Canva, supporting a growing ecosystem of touchpoints.
- Help evolve brand guidelines, toolkits, and playbooks.
- Build micro-identities for sub-programs, content franchises, and initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure brand expression is consistent across all touchpoints.
Collaboration & Culture
- Work closely with Creative, Brand, Marketing, Digital Product, Social, and cross-functional teams to translate business and brand strategy into compelling creative outcomes.
- Manage priorities across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Foster a culture of kindness, feedback, and shared ownership—no egos, just good work.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of experience in graphic, brand, or visual design
- Strong design background with hands-on execution skills
- Established portfolio showcasing work across campaigns, digital design, and content ecosystems
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
- Foundational knowledge of UX/UI and digital storytelling
- Experience developing and maintaining brand systems or visual identities
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content)
- Ability to translate business goals into compelling visual solutions
