Think the uber of recruiting - basically the first ever AI marketplace bringing together elite recruiters and elite businesses. We've integrated AI into the product (and are actively shipping new features) + signed big names like Scale, Palantir and Ramp.
Now looking for an Account Manager to join the team!! We treat recruiters like entrepreneurs, and are building the infrastructure and relationships that power success.
About You:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial operator to build and scale out a world
class portfolio of recruiting firms. As an account manager for our supply-side,
you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business owners — helping them optimize their
Paraform usage, improve day-to-day operations, and identify opportunities to
grow revenue and performance. This is one of the most cross-functional,
high-leverage roles at Paraform. You’ll work directly with our top agencies to
design new systems, and drive liquidity across the marketplace.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a book of business, manage high stakes relationships with recruiters
- Be a friendly face, partner and advise top recruiters on growth strategy and
operational excellence
- Scale the supply engine. Identify bottlenecks from onboarding to retention and design systems that help recruiters perform
- Run marketplace experiments. Test incentive programs, workflows, and
automations that improve liquidity
- Bridge ops and product. Translate daily insights into internal tools and
product improvements
- Massive impact. The recruiters you manage drive hundreds of thousands of $ in GMV - your decisions move real revenue
- True cross-functionality. You’ll sit across operations, product, and GTM -
collaborating with every team
- Fast pace, full ownership. You’ll have autonomy to ship, iterate, and be with a small team
