The Role:

  • Identify growth opportunities and expand market share in Palm Beach or Broward County
  • Increase brand awareness across hospitals, physician practices, and the community
  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with Physicians, Case Managers, Discharge Planners, and Social Workers
  • Open and close deals while delivering a premium service offering
  • Represent a trusted, high-quality brand in the private duty sector


Required Competencies:

  • Proven Home Health or Private Duty Home Care marketing experience
  • Existing book of business in Palm Beach or Broward County preferred
  • Demonstrable track record of driving new business and hitting targets
  • Natural relationship-builder with a strong local network
  • Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented
  • Ambition for increased responsibility and career progression
