The Role:
- Identify growth opportunities and expand market share in Palm Beach or Broward County
- Increase brand awareness across hospitals, physician practices, and the community
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with Physicians, Case Managers, Discharge Planners, and Social Workers
- Open and close deals while delivering a premium service offering
- Represent a trusted, high-quality brand in the private duty sector
Required Competencies:
- Proven Home Health or Private Duty Home Care marketing experience
- Existing book of business in Palm Beach or Broward County preferred
- Demonstrable track record of driving new business and hitting targets
- Natural relationship-builder with a strong local network
- Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented
- Ambition for increased responsibility and career progression
