Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Harrisburg, NC. The Inside Sales & Account Manager supports plate processing and galvanizing customers by managing quotes, order entry, pricing, scheduling, invoicing, transportation coordination, and day-to-day account support. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to help move jobs from inquiry through completion while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness. The position also supports account growth by identifying opportunities within existing customer relationships and assisting with new business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, account coordination, customer service, project coordination, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and internal collaboration
- Comfortable coordinating with operations, scheduling, accounting, and transportation
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
- Experience in steel, fabrication, galvanizing, manufacturing, or industrial services preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Recommended requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in inside sales, customer support, account management, or project coordination
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
