About the Role
A Couple of Gurus is seeking an Account Manager who excels at building trusted long‑term client relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver technology solutions that truly make a difference.
This role is ideal for someone with strengths aligned to the ISC DISC profile —

You’ll serve as the primary advocate for your clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in their IT strategy.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Build & grow client relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Lead consultative technology conversations and uncover business needs
- Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen partnerships
🔹 Drive sales with a service‑first mindset
- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery → proposal → solution delivery
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Represent the company in client meetings, reviews, and events
🔹 Maintain accurate processes & reporting
- Document activities and opportunities in ConnectWise
- Prepare updates for weekly sales and forecasting meetings
- Follow established workflows with consistency and precision

Qualifications
🔸 2+ years of inside/account management sales experience in IT/MSP preferred
🔸 Strong consultative selling skills
🔸 Preferred Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA/CRM
🔸 Ability to explain tech in business‑friendly terms
🔸 Valid driver’s license for client visits
