The Opportunity
We need an Account Manager who brings the discipline of a seasoned project manager, the clarity of a great communicator, and genuine curiosity about how things work. You will be the primary point of contact for a select client portfolio, guiding strategy, creative, and development teams to deliver with excellence in a no-ego, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
Client Relationships
- Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the trusted day-to-day contact
- Lead discovery, communicate status and risks clearly, and proactively identify growth opportunities
Project Management
- Drive projects from kickoff through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate design, development, and strategy teams using agile frameworks and sprint-based workflows
- Facilitate planning, standups, and retros; maintain clean documentation throughout
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Translate client needs into clear briefs for technical teams and participate in solution design
- Partner with leadership to improve processes and help scale the account management practice
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in account management or client services, with strong project management experience
- Comfortable in agile/sprint environments and experienced working alongside software development teams
- Exceptional communicator, written and verbal, with a talent for client-facing presentations
- Preferred: background in digital marketing, CX technology, or SaaS; familiarity with Jira, Asana, or similar tools
