Account Executive

HIRING: Account Executives (Milwaukee) | $100K–$120K+ OTE Year 1!!!

Our client is a top-tier, nationally recognized media + marketing powerhouse — reaching millions of consumers monthly across audio, digital, podcasts, live events, and more!

They’re expanding their Milwaukee team and looking for driven, competitive sales reps who want to build a book of business and make serious money!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close
• Build your own pipeline (this is a true hunter role)
• Run client meetings + deliver compelling presentations
• Partner with businesses to create customized marketing strategies

COMPENSATION:

• Base salary + uncapped commission
• First-year earnings typically $90K–$120K+
• Significant upside for top performers

MUST HAVE:

• 1.5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Driven, competitive, and self-motivated individuals
• Interest or background in media/marketing is a plus
