Sealed Air is seeking a driven and proactive Account Manager to join our Protective Packaging business unit. This role manages a strategically important territory across Phoenix AZ, with a core focus in the Phoenix metro area including Goodyear, Glendale, and Scottsdale, expanding north to Prescott valley and Flagstaff. The position involves both equipment and consumables sales and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a high-volume, growth-focused market.
We are looking for a self-motivated sales professional with strong prospecting and relationship-building skills. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to identify customer needs, offer consultative solutions, and grow long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory in Western Phoenix from 101 West to the state border and in North of HWY 60 to State boarder including Prescott valley and Flagstaff.
- Travel regularly within the region, including some overnight trips per month, to support account development and customer engagement
- Use a consultative approach to present Sealed Air’s cushioning solutions, including Instapak and Shanklin equipment, to meet customer needs
- Build and maintain relationships with end-users and distributor partners
- Design and deliver tailored protective packaging solutions that improve operational efficiency and support sustainability goals
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in CRM systems (C4C) and contribute to strategic territory planning
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring innovative offerings and service improvements to market

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays (average 3-5 overnights per month)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Background:
- Experience selling into manufacturing, logistics, packaging, or industrial sectors
- Familiarity with both consumables and capital equipment sales
- Proven ability to develop and execute a territory growth plan
Pay Transparency:
Total Target Compensation (Base + Commission): $103,571 - 166,750
The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs.
