Position Overview

This position is critical to Luxshare-TECH’s strategy of further penetrating existing markets and entering new markets with innovative products in copper high-speed interconnect, optical interconnect, power, and thermal solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Strategy & Development
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and board directives.
  • Prospect and develop new accounts while expanding existing business opportunities.
  • Build market intelligence on customers and competitors to strengthen competitive advantage.
  • Account Management
  • Manage and grow key accounts directly, positioning Luxshare as a strategic and preferred supplier.
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships across all functional and executive levels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on pricing, products, technical specifications, quality, and supply issues.
  • Lead pricing negotiations, ensure timely system updates, and drive demand fulfillment through close coordination with Luxshare plants.
  • Sales Leadership & Collaboration
  • Collaborate cross-divisionally with FAE, R&D and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, marketing collateral, and sales campaigns.
  • Support direct sales activities including customer visits with Tier 1 customers.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Ensure accurate forecasting to optimize production planning, capital utilization, and supply assurance.
  • Analyze challenges and propose solutions that drive business growth and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Manage customer complaints and RMA processes effectively.
  • Participate in industry standards development, tradeshows, and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence.

  • Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 5+ years of sales leadership and account management experience in a high-tech industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels, including C-level executives.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to multitask and work independently.
    • Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
    • Previous customer service experience in a related field is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or sales revenue management systems.
    • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage workload with minimal supervision.
